Coordinated Interiors was founded in 1970 by Gerald Gygi. He wanted to provide customers with quality floor coverings at affordable prices. He did this by keeping his overhead costs low. He started in a small one room office space in a commercial office building that his father owned. His father was a large home building contractor and Gerald would supply carpet and flooring for his father’s homes. Gerald quickly established a relationship with other home builders, designers and home owners and added several more areas to his showroom. In the 1980’s Gerald’s sons, Mike and Bryan began helping out as they were attending college. Upon receiving his MBA Mike pursued a carrier in business but still maintains an active client base. Bryan received his degree in computer programing but found that he loved working with people and decided to stay in the flooring business. Together they quickly grew the business with added focus on new home construction along with helping designers and decorators work with their clients.

As the business continued to grow they once again doubled the space of the showroom and considered changing locations, but elected to stay in the original office building where Coordinated Interiors is located today. This allows us to keep our overhead costs low so we can continue to offer quality flooring at affordable prices.

Following Gerald’s retirement in 2005, Bryan bought the company and has expanded to include large custom homes and commercial projects. Bryan has continued his Dad’s business model of offering quality installation and service, at fair and affordable pricing, while focusing on honesty and integrity.

To this day he does everything possible to ensure each job is done right and each customer has a good experience.

In 2023, Bryan’s son Matt began working at the family business as he attended college. Now graduated, he has decided to stay in the family business full time. Together they continue to guide Coordinated Interiors while maintaining the same values Gerald founded his business on so many years ago by offering quality floor coverings at affordable prices and doing so with honesty and integrity. We continue to serve home builders, designers and decorators as well as the general public with residential and commercial projects.

Gerald always believed that the best advertising was word of mouth. Bryan and Matt share that same value and are honored by the trust their customers have in them, by referring their family and friends to Coordinated Interiors.
